We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked five large rooms, but all of them had issues with leaks from the toilets or walls. The rooms were very old, poorly maintained, and the building itself appears to be in urgent need of refurbishment. One of the most concerning incidents was when my grandmother slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the poor condition of the room. After we complained, my grandmother was moved to a different room, and we decided to upgrade to a larger room ourselves. However, the additional cost was unnecessarily high for what was offered. The beach was the highlight of our stay and deserves 4/5. The restaurants were limited in choice, but the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the overall hotel service was only 2/5. The most serious issue occurred after our stay. I left my Rolex watch in the room safe. The safe remained untouched for two weeks, yet the watch disappeared. When I contacted the hotel, I was repeatedly transferred to the room service department instead of being connected with a manager. The situation was not treated with the seriousness it deserved, and communication was very difficult as the person handling the call spoke very little English. Overall, we lost a significant amount of money while staying at a hotel that did not meet the standards expected for its price range. I would strongly recommend a major refurbishment of the rooms and facilities, along with significant improvements to customer service and guest relations. Until then, I believe the pricing does not reflect the quality of the experience provided.

De kamers stonken naar schimmel. Er wordt vermeldt dat er 5 restaurants zijn maar heb er maar 4 gezien Bij het ontbijt deed de koffiemachine het niet voor 3 dagen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopte niet. Te duur voor wat je kreeg

Cualquier habitación ,siempre cerca de la playa . Y la playa y el cuidado de la limpieza de la arena.. La atención en el Front Desk

La cena buffet de los Martes es realmente penosa. No tanto por la comida que es vergonzosa,sino por el manejo de la ubicación de los huespedes como si fuesen ganado. La mayoría de las reposeras en la playa están tan vencidas que son una amenaza para la espalda. Los entretenimientos nocturnos son malisimos!

A praia do hotel é linda. O local é bom demais. O quarto é bom, nada a ver com o que eu tinha lido nos comentários daqui. O quarto é lindo. A animação da noite é boa.

Comida ruim. Drinks péssimos. Atendimento, com suas raríssimas exceções, é péssimo. O custo benefício é ruim demais. Uma reserva pra um jantar japônes, que não tem nada de japônes. As comidas em geral são horríveis. Comprei um Sun viu e o rapaz que faz os drinks nesta área era de cara feia o tempo todo. No check in as meninas não sabiam explicar nada. Ninguém fala português.

As refeições servidas eram ótimas, os times de profissionais bem atenciosos e a praia maravilhosa!

O banheiro é bem antigo e possui uma estrutura pouco eficiente, assim como o "box" do chuveiro precisa ser modernizado urgentemente. Ademais, existe um código de vestimenta para se acessar os restaurante de noite, o qual não está claramente divulgado aos hóspedes. Portanto, acredita que as orientações e diretrizes do resort DEVEM ser transmitidas aos hóspedes no check-in.
