Que no me dieran la habitación que contraté, ni el tipo de habitación ni la vista, a la noche siguiente si el tipo de habitación, pero no la vista.

Buena comida. Buena ubicación. Buen entretenimiento. Muy buena playa.

La atención del personal no es muy cordial. Mala mantencion del aire acondicionado. La habitación olía mal por este motivo, fueron a revisar de mantencion y se paso el olor por dos dias y luego volvió a oler mal.

loved everything just like any other all inclusive!! the entertainment staff was amazing! especially guve a shout out to Crazy G and kassy they goe above and beyond to get guests to have fun!!! everyone was very friendly

no shuttle like it says but taxis always available whenever u go down!

La playa, la comida

El personal de muy mala actitud, solo unos cuantos tenían don del servicio, pero el 90% respondían feo, no se esmeraban para hacerlo sentir cómodo a uno, la relación precio calidad no es comparable, las habitaciones con cajoneras viejas, televisor viejo sin netflix ni acceso a apps

No me gusta para nada el servicio que brindan por el precio que tuve que pagar, es caro y pesimo calidad de servicio la gente del lugar toso el dia con cara de culo, cuando pedis algo te miran mal, la comia poca variedad, no le gusto y es caro por lo que ofrece!
