The property overall was nice. Just a few steps to the casino. The room was nice and clean although the carpet was stained. The outlet closest to my bed didn't work. They could definitely use a larger TV. The room was a good size. The view of the St Louis Arch and the Mississippi River was terrific...we were on the 4th floor. The sports complex is just across the bridge. Overall we had a nice stay.

We've stayed here several times before and were always satisfied. We enjoy the complimentary shuttle to Busch Stadium and the casino next door. However, this time we felt the property has gone downhill... the carpet in our room had many stains and the bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. The overall condition of the property has declined. Not sure if we'll be back.

Nice place but a shame we didn't make it into the room due to staff over booking the place for the night. I booked months ago. Not fair at all. Sounds like staff not paying attention to anything to over book the place. Very upset about the whole deal. Staff was actually rude to us about the whole deal when we asked why they didn't notice they over booked the place. Would have been nice to offer us another room for a another stay sometime due to there mistake maybe instead of being rude.

"I won’t be back. "

I wasn’t happy with this place. It was dirty and dated. I slept on top of the covers because I was afraid there might be bed bugs. Everything else was dirty, why wouldn’t the sheets also be dirty. Also, they have the tv set back in a box on the wall so that you can’t access the ports. I bring a fire stick from home, so that I can watch shows off of my dvr. The had the ports blocked on their ten year old tv like I was gonna damage it. I won’t be coming back.
