The Marx Hotel

Bed spread had a long yellowish stain, tub drain stopper didn’t work, there was a circle cut out in the carpet, dust dirt along wall under a/c, yellow/orange staining along the top of the walls by the ceiling, and we couldn’t close the drapes all the way because they weren’t attach properly at the top.

Property was excellent. Hotel a little run down. Elevator had a musty smell. Room was dusty.

The pool is the reason we made reservations for our stay. Very upset that was not online that pool was out of order. Ruined our stay. I had a 5 yr old very upset when we went to the hotel for his birthday so he could swim.

While location may be essential, the quality and condition of the place is paramount. Unfortunately this hotel fell very short. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls and there was a constant smell of gas. The walkways were dark and the overall feel was exceptionally dated. We were informed upon arrival the pool was down which was disappointing. We will not stay here again.

The people are friendly here the real nice to you they keep their hotel clean to help you out when you need it it's the best place to anybody can come and be they help you out a lot of things and they're always polite around people they understand you if you need anything it will get it for you if they have it your patient and honest with you

It's a very very nice hotel they keep it clean there's nice people here there's nice people at the desk they help you out they're very friendly and patient with you I love it here you'll never find a good hotel like this ever again or around

The staff really made our trip. They are all amazing and very hospitable
