Good breakfast

The hotel is in a great spot, you can walk around town. Any other place you have to drive. The hotel is older but is very nice inside it is too bad the restaurant and bar are not open. There was a lot of construction going on around the town outside the hotel and that will improve the area. Glad we went there instead of the one I usually go to.

The staff was excellent, helpful and great and that’s where the good ended. The room was run down, carpet was worn and spots missing, bathroom was dingy and old. The wall are PAPER thin and it was the worst hotel experience we have ever had in terms of noise level. The second floor was so loud, busy and the building next door is a party house or something and the music and noise level was off the charts and they had cow bells at 2am! Seriously- cow bells! Got a terrible night sleep and then on the morning we went to get the free breakfast and it was terrible. The coffee and juice tasted like nothing and we got down there around 7 and most food was already gone. Plus there was a waffle maker that we wanted to use but it was being used by children who preceded to sneeze and wipe their noses and then touch the waffle maker and batter - so needless to say everything we had went in the trash and we found the nearest Dunkin. Terrible place - so outdated and way too noisy - definitely not worth the price and we will never be back.

Getting to the property was tedious. The check-in easy. The room was large and spacious. I had a king with a hot tub room. However the carpet was bulking in areas, and there were patches that causes frequent tripping. I slice kn the carpet caused myself to actual fall down. I did have my family express concern about a repeated fall. Im handicapped myself. They offered to accommodate me with another room much smaller by accessible. I declined because I didn't want my grands to be crammed up.. However, I'm told hotel.com has to issue the refund.

The hotel is right downtown and is great if you’d like to utilize the downtown. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean. I was charged a deposit that is still being held on my card long after checkout that I was not expecting.

The hotel was very old. They definitely need to upgrade. The breakfast buffet needs an upgrade as well. Average stay.

Location was perfect for walking. Didn’t have a refrigerator in my room. Staff was great!! Front desk, dining, housekeeping and maintenance came promptly to fix the tub. Everyone was pleasant!! Thank you to the maintenance worker that congratulated me on my baby girl’s graduation from Harttwick School of Nursing!!!

The staff was great the hotel need upgrading

Loved the architecture but is in need of renovation it could be a wonderful place if attention to updating is planned!

Don't get an odd numbered room, the nightclub across the street will keep you up all night with their noise.
