Love the Main St bridge to downtown Oneonta. Very convenient for shopping and browsing local shops and bars/grills.

Very rude at check in

Smells bad My lungs started to become irritated

The property is in disrepair. In our first room the TV didn’t work, the AC was barely working and everything was damp and smelled like mildew. We moved rooms but that room had its own issues. They never came and made up our beds and when I asked for fresh towels and to refill the Kleenex they retrieved them from the front desk area and expected me to take them up to my room. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were still sheets and pillows folded up in there so they clearly didn’t clean the room thoroughly after the last guest(s). I balled up the old sheets and threw them into the hall and they sat there for a whole day, probably more since we checked out before they ever picked them up. Don’t even get me started on the nasty mattress, must have been there for decades. I would NEVER book here again. If we weren’t in a pinch trying to book late for Cooperstown tournament I wouldn’t have chosen this place. The only cool thing is that you can exit out onto the Main Street and it’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops.

Check in was easy wven at 10:30 pm. Girls were very kind.

Lots of construction going on

Out for Cooperstown tournament. Stayed 1st night before son checked into all star village. Front desk was friendly enough but hotel was worse I've ever been in. And I'm a lifetime Titanium with Marriott with over 2,000 hotel nights. The worst odor throughout and the room was horrible. Mold all around tub and mold on bathroom ceiling where paint chips were literally falling off. Can't believe that was a 250/nt room. Wouldn't even stay there if it was free had I would've known beforehand. Wish I'd taken more photos but it was pointless to complain to hotel...at least got that sense.

Front desk clerk worked with me to find a room that would suit our needs! And she did that all with a smile.

It was good enough. Old but clean. Great location. Zero frills
