Good location and great customer service 👍

We stayed here during our hajj trip. The room was OK. The view from the window was great, looking right at Al Masjid Al Nabawi. The bathroom was clean though a bit small. The restaurant was very congested during mealtimes, due to various hajj groups having their meals at the same time. 3 lifts weren't enough to meet the demand, resulting in long waits. The staff were a mixed bag, some helpful while some seemed reluctant to do the work. All in all, a very average hotel.

Good location near by Masjid nabawi 3 to 4 minutes but rooms smells bad and bad service

Defo isn’t a 3 start hotel. It’s a very very old hotel which requires updating. The bedrooms were not cleaned. The room and bathroom had a horrible smell. Snot and other dirt was on the walls and bins. The bathroom is super tiny and mouldy. Had a shower somehow but still felt dirty. The hotel provides keys which is to be handed to reception and collected when returning back. When I returned back they gave me 4 keys to choose from ??? No basic amenities such as kettle iron Location is amazing however will not be returning back

Customer services good. They charge for petty petty services. Hotel does not have scale to weigh the luggage. One employee brought scale and ask for rent. Location is very nice and accessible

It’s only the location that’s positive besides that the whole experience of actually staying there was way below standard in every area.

Great location right in masjid Nabvi 4 minutes walk into masjid inshallah next year will be using same hotel

Near Prophet mosque..but amneties is very poor.Even they don’t have any complimentary drinking water.
