Karam Taibah Almasi

Property was kept in a very bad shape. No cleanliness. Dirty beds. No housekeeping during the entire stay duration. Never again steeping CLOSE to such facility.

It was ok, considering how close it is to the mosque But it is over priced considering other stuff

It was a no frills hotel. The cleanliness standard was poor and the 3 days that we were there, no one came to clean the room despite us requesting this once. The toilet was also very basic. The location is good. A good view of the Masjid ul Nabvi and a 5 minute walk from the gate. There is no restaurant in the hotel but obviously loads of other options around.

Hotel location is very good but I found out that the hotel was not good room clean also the bathroom same

Very Close to haram. A nice hotel.

Property itself is ok but the customer service is exteemely poor. We had to make some changes to our room and the Hotel was really unhelpfull and kept ignoring us. They dont really speak english or any other common langauge so communication is very poor as is their attitude to help guests. There are other hotels for a similar price with much better attitude to service.

Great staff, front office manager (morning shift) from Bangladesh was excellent, very kind and helpful. I will stay again, that’s tell my view of the property.

Good View

Location was great But the service, cleanliness and condition if the hotel was below average.

Had an enjoyable 5-night long stay at Karam Taibah Almasi hotel in Madinah. Our room was a decent size and generally clean with the best feature being a superb full view of the entire Harram Nabawi! Staff also kindly allowed us an early check-in, and later check out to accommodate our travel plans and maximise rest. The location itself was great with Masjid Nabawi (approx. 7 mins) and shops/restaurants/ATM all in close walking distance. Having an underground car park was also very convenient. Recommendations: Wifi is currently provided in lobby area only making it inconvenient and at times too crowded to use. This should be provided throughout the building as is the case with most other hotels. Also, carpet and cupboards in the room were fine, but needed better cleaning.
