Other guests allowed to smoke in public areas so the smoke came into our room and suffocated us. The front desk staff was mean except for Farooq, the director of maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel for people coming from civilized countries. The only good thing was the view of the Haram

"My First Holly Land "

It was my first journey to Holy land beautiful experience without any guide , Karam Tayiba Hotel never made me I am just by myself alone. Any help any time with a smiling and welcoming face with open arms, I went there for 5 nights but extended my stay few days more. They never let me felt you are a customer instead I felt I am part of their own family.

It was my first journey to the holy land beautiful experience and I booked hotel through Hotels.com but it was very easy and on top of total information was accurate what was published. Thank you Hotels.com. Next time I will use the same service again.
