"Overpriced, Poor Food, and Serious Billing Concerns. Not the Luxury Experience Promised."

ITC labels this property as a luxury resort, but my experience was a major disappointment. The food quality, especially at the buffet, was extremely poor and nowhere close to luxury standards. Guests should be very careful with billing. During checkout, I was handed the bill and asked to make payment. I always review my bills carefully, and thankfully I did so this time as well. I noticed that two additional bills, totaling approximately ₹15,000, had been randomly added to my account. I questioned the charges and asked for verification. Only after I proved that the bills did not belong to me did the staff agree to remove them. This was quite shocking and embarrassing for a brand of this reputation. It raises serious concerns about how many travelers may be unknowingly overcharged if they do not thoroughly check their bills. Overall, this experience was disappointing and has significantly lowered my trust in this property and ITC brand.

"Large hotel that can be noisy but good service from the team"

We had a lovely stay at this resort hotel and were very well looked after especially by Nikita Bhave on Front desk/guest relations - we found the rooms a little tired and Nikita did her best to satisfy us. The additional wine and dinner was very much appreciated. Chef Ayushmann's mushroom soup in the italian restaurant was amazing and was my massage my Esty. Lastly Arjun and Ramesh were very attentive to all our needs poolside. Its a large hotel with many functions that include corporate events and weddings so it can be noisy. Breakfast was a little reputative for our 5 night stay. The sea view rooms are quite some distance from the sea so the view is not really sea view.
