Well maintained and close to the airport.

Overpriced for what you get. It calls itself a luxury resort but it is not. Breakfast is disappointing in what it has to offer, rooms are fine but not at all luxurious, restaurants not special and overpriced and our room was next to a collection point for used room service meals. So noisy throughout the night.

Great location and scenary. Proximity to beach. Very friendly staff

Hotel is looking tired and needs a refurbishment . Breakfast is quite poor with chaotic service and not good selection of food for India standards compared to other hotels I have stayed in across India. Therefore not really great value for money but the location is amazing.

The Gala Dinner night for the New Year celebrations was the highloght of our holiday in Goa. Rooms were spotless but tired. Beds were comfy and the staff were incredibly kind and personable. Breakfast was great. Variety and quality was great.

Unfortunately a lot. Over promising and under delivering staff. Repeatedly needing to ask for things. Lack of communication re Gala Dinner. A pool party which we were not told about until we were comfortable on our beds then it was suggested we moved to another space for our comfort. Hmmm Not enough sun beds. Tired rooms. A mouse. A rat in the spa room. And more crazy local taxi prices. The Afghan Bukhara is very good but totally over priced.
