Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 31. Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Great resort with excellent facilities and hospitality overall.

During breakfast hours, serving staff needs to be better coordinated. They forgot to followup with some orders. Expensive restaurants. Swimming pools are not temperature controlled for a five star facility. Swimming pool water was cold in the morning and got warmer by afternoon.

Beach

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Would like to flag the issues so that nobody ever suffers. Staff was extremely callous and non-responsive. Room which was first given to us was stinky and the fittings in the washroom were worn out.The linen on the bed was torn. Golf cart never came on time and made it difficult to go around the huge property. Intercom call to the reception was either not answered or answered after a very long delay. Room key was always getting disabled causing extreme frustration. Service at the Pavillion restaurant was unbelievably bad and the staff was absolutely non responsive despite repeated requests, one has to literally get up from their table, find the nearest staff member to inform them of any request. Overall our experience was terrible and we do not wish to visit or suggest to anyone ever. The only positive gesture was the lady at the reception offering soft toys to our 5 months old daughter. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name.
