ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

The property is huge. Families can have wonderful time exploring the resort amenities. Kids enjoy a lot in the huge pool. Though their main pool is 5.5 Ft deep so kids need to be taken care of and should be under strict vigilance. The breakfast spread is good. Staff at the restaurants are very hard working and caring. Chef Farhan was amazing with his food recommendations and of course the food was very delicious and filling. Ms. Saphi took good care of us during dinner at Kababs n curries restaurant. The beach is very clean and well maintained. Mr. Ranjan was always there to greet us and take care of our needs while we visited the beach. The resort has a lifeguard stationed on the beach through out the day. The pool staff is amazing. Always vigilant and proactive. One of the pool has a slide and we enjoyed a lot during our time spent in the pool. The kids play area is very well organised with caring staff and well curated activities for kids throughout the day. They also have movie hours every day at noon. The only drawback was check in experience. We were never felt welcomed during our check-in. After travelling since morning when we reached the resort of this calibre; we expected someone to at least offer us water. The attendant didn’t even ask for water, forget the welcome drink. The check out experience was smooth. But one incident was worth mentioning - the security staff which behaved very nicely with the guests behaved very rudely with the Cab driver. Certain times this parity is not acceptable. Overall rooms are very spacious and the location of rooms is also superb. Surely worth staying if you want a serene and peaceful stay close to the beach.

Great hotel and had a great treatment with Neha and Prerna.

We are busy business owners in the UK who travel frequently as a means to unwind, relax and explore different cultures. This was our first ever visit to India. We were impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay. The venue is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and the gardens extend right onto the beach. The beach is quiet and perfect for a slow stroll along towards Aaron’s Beach Hut - where the tandoori chicken skewers and cold beers are enticing. There is no reason to visit the Beach Hut however because staying at the ITC Grand Goa is like living in one of the world’s best Indian Restaurants for 2 weeks. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were of a high standard, plentiful and full of flavour without being too hot (spicy) for our palate. The Pool Bar offered a good range of cocktails and snacks, and the team there were friendly, chatty and attentive. The bedroom was beautifully air conditioned, comfortable and cleaned and replenished daily. The Concierge was helpful every time we had questions or required help booking a driver to take us out on day trips. Walking around the grounds and the estate was safe, lots of security guards, who always greeted us with a friendly ‘namaste’. We had such a perfect time, a combination of relaxing by the pool, exploring the area and learning more about the Goan culture. With this in mind I want to say a huge thank you to Aldrine for finding time to chat to us every day, with helpful and interesting stories about the area and India and daily life. Aldrine, thank you for your service 🙏🏻 you are an exceptional young man who will go far in your career. We would also like to thank especially Anand, Vinay, Mhabe, Saphi, Karthik, Arjun and the incredible Perjot - whose knowledge of Yoga is inspirational. We will be back again.

It’s a well spread out property with multiple pools and a clean beach. Problem Areas The room interiors appear dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Service—particularly at the pavilion restaurant—is disappointing. While the staff seems attentive at first, requests often go unaddressed unless followed up multiple times. Food portions, including basics like gelatos and starters, tend to run out before the buffet service concludes, which is quite disappointing. Housekeeping standards are below average, and the staff appears to lack motivation and attention to detail.

The location of the hotel was really very beautiful the entire property is very beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and luxury. The entire staff is really very helpful when coming to food chief Anirudh has really helped us with there amazing services and hospitality. We are really very thank full to them. As we had gone to celebrate birthday over there the staff has really very generously decorated the room and the housekeeping staff subham has also given us a very wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank-you to the entire team of ITC for making our stay really memorable
