Closer to dabolim .. vast expanse and a Pvt beach .. away from crowds

Beautiful resort. Lovely pool, easy access to the beach, friendly staff, clean, good hotel amenities.

Service was sometimes slow.

Unattentive staff, worst breakfast, cold food, dirty tables ate breakfast area, no one is willing to give tabes and chair to sit and eat, poor fitness centre facilities no water bottle and towels at fitness centre, cyles are there but broken cycles and the worst part i ordered food at pool bar which is very bad and staff is unattentive nothing like a five star services.....nearby resorts like alila diva hyatt are far far more better and best rhan itc grand goa with top class amenties and attentive staff

Second time here, and the level of service is why we keep coming back. From procuring and delivering a late night pack of baby wipes after we ran out to keeping the beer flowing for my mother-in-law, the staff went above and beyond. Each person checked on us multiple times and made every member of our family feel well cared for. The pool is phenomenal, never feels crowded, and keeps kids and adults entertained. The rooms are luxurious, but the real star is the magnificent shower/bath combo. My only feedback would be having more western and kid-friendly options, such as plain yogurt, on the buffet. We will definitely be back!
