Everything was excellent. The staff were polite. Efficient and fast pleasure to deal with and the room was outstanding.

We stayed for a few nights along a snowboarding trip to Heavenly. Our room (#6346) was spacious, clean, comfortable, and overlooked the front circle drive of the lodge. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we never received a text after dropping our vehicle off with the valets, we didn’t use our vehicle during our stay and it wasn’t a problem to retrieve it when we checked out. Above everything else is the location! You literally can walk right out of the hotel to the gondola; although, you likely will have to get in the rather long line just before lifts start running in the morning. Overall, definitely would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if returning to Heavenly.

This holtel is great! It is near the heavenly Gondala and has ski storage. They have like a miny store. The town is very cute and small, but exspensive. The only problem I had was on March 14 at 12am on the dot, the fire alarm went off. The whole holtel evacuated. So the rooms are very clean! The value depends on when you come though. The service was incredible! So I would recommended this holtel all the way.

The proximity to the heavenly gondola was great and I loved the included free ski valet. It is also right in the village with lots of options for dinning. There is also a Target with walking distance if you need groceries. The beds are very comfortable and our room had a kitchenette. They also had 4 jacuzzi, lots of lounge, chairs, barbecues, and a year round pool.

We were on the third floor which was not a problem but we had to walk down 3-4 long hallways to get to our room.

Great location, next to gondola. Easy to get around town. One day the gondola was down and bus transfer to mt is right next door. Pool was very warm and several hot tubs were great .

People dont take carts they use to transport luggage etc to room back to the loading area so they run out despite a sign on them which says to return immediately! Second, we are the highest level Marriott has and we got a room right above where every client arrives and departs. The view was terrible. Also the gutter right outside our room was broken and all kinds of debris was on the room. Very unsightly. I mentioned to them 3 times but nothing was done. I cant believe with our status we were given such a poor viewing room. Lastly, our key kept failing. I had to go to the desk at least 4 times to get new keys over the course of a week.

The room was great! Spacious, comfortable, elegant , wouldn’t change a thing.

I didn’t seem to get a request about having a few of the pool so we had to wait a couple hours for our room to be ready

They are really nice and welcoming, the property itself is beautiful, our room was better than the pictures.

Location is amazing. Right by the gondola and all sorts of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Hot tubs were great after a day skiing.

I was bothered that we got a "complementary" housekeeping service on one of out 5 days there. Like they were doing me a favor. Housekeeping used to be provided every day and you could opt out (which we usually did) to help them out. And they didn't even show up on our complementary day. To top it off, we were asked in our arrival documents to load the dishwasher, pile the towels, and strip the beds on departure day. What? Seriously? Very bothered by their attempt to push this on me when I pay good money for the room and they want to maximize their profits.
