Island Inn All Inclusive Hotel

A charming find! Lovely gardens and pool for lounging. All meals and drinks included. Food, pina coladas, and wine ate good. Near Pebbles Beach.

The homeliness, warmth of persons, overall staff and the welcoming reception when you walk into the hotel. I would recommend Island Inn Hotel to anyone. I had a wonderful week.

It was very friendly and an intimate setting, so close to the beach and museum etc. It has a boutique feel and the food and presentation was excellent.

I loved this place! The food is more than adequate if you want Michelin star quality eat out one evening! The staff are wonderful and so hard working, of course they have different personalities but everyone is very professional and efficient. The rooms are lovely, have everything you need and are well worth the price. Location is great 2 mins from pebble beach and access to xr bus route. I would not hesitate to book again

Great relaxing holiday in this small hotel with a friendly vibe , rooms are a good size just a little dated but very clean . The food was very good so do not agree with the negative comments on here , we spoke to many couples who were very happy with all aspects of this 3 star hotel , maybe some people have 4 star expectations 🤔 I think this hotel is more suited to couples rather than families but that’s suits us and we would happily return !

The pros: The price is reasonable for the area, large rooms and a cute small pool and quiet courtyard. A Short easy Walk to the beach. The cons: With the exception of the bartenders and a security guard, the front desk and dining staff were downright RUDE. From check-in to meals not at all a friendly or helpful group. I'm a New Yorkers and I was shocked. I absolutely believe this made our experience at the hotel alot less pleasant. This could be a nice little place if they had a friendly staff and did some minimal maintence in the rooms they are showing there use. Food choices are slim pickings and rather plain. Travelled in a small group middle age couples. We will Not be back cute courtyard

Visited for 2 weeks with my wife. Loved our holiday so much we have already booked to come to Island Inn again. Island Inn is ideally located for Peebles Beach, about 100 yards to walk. The accommodation is an old rum warehouse. If your someone who likes hotels to be modern and all marble and mirrors probably not for you. This place is full of charm and character including the staff from Manager all the way through to the night security. Rooms are what I expect from a hotel room. Clean, tidy, well serviced and totally functional. Let’s be honest, it’s Barbados, how much time do you want to spend in your room! We went all inclusive. Food is good. Mainly seated service apart from breakfast which is buffet. We did have some buffet lunches and evening meals were food also on the whole good. I have an intolerance to gluten. I notified hotel before I traveled and they were able to provide gluten free option’s including bread and pasta. We thought all staff were great. Engaging and charming. They don’t always have time for long conversations but they are there to serve. Loved bar and courtyard at night. Chance to chat with other guests or just sit back and chill if preferred. Some good entertainment provided on various nights.

Great place for 3 night stay on our 2 week self drive tour round Barbados. We chose the Island Inn for the location near to Bridgetown ( about 1 km and walkable along the Road and beach) and the beaches ( Peebles and Carlyle). Not the most attractive area with limited hotels, dining options nearby but it was tucked away and very private in the grounds. All inclusive so a bonus and the meals were fine, nothing fancy but varied and different choices every night. We had standard courtyard room which was basic but good size, comfortable with great A/C and a fridge. Our room ( number 10) overlooked the outdoor restaurant and the bar but there was no late night noise, the breakfast setting up from 0630 was noticeable though. Bathroom needed lots of TLC, everything needs painting and updating. The bath was cracked so could only use the overhead shower and with caution- the Manager was very helpful and offered us a move but we only had a few nights there so declined. No private parking but free public car park was few minutes walk away by the beach. We had a rental car and had no issues using the car park. Mostly mature British guests so hotel may be too quiet for some.

A delightful surprise…landscaping, bar, charming al fresco restaurant with sparkling lights, set in old rum warehouse. The web site doesn’t do it justice.

The superior garden room was comfortable and spotless. We had planned a day by the pool but it is small and the terrace very crowded so went to Pebbles beach. Here we hired loungers. The food was very poor as was the quality of the wine. But the location is handy for the Garrison and Bridgetown. We have paid the same amount to stay at an exquisite boutique hotel in Bequia.
