We had a suite and there was only one trash can in the living area. None in the bathroom! Couldn't turn the TVs on or adjust the volume with the remote.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this was one of rhe worst ones. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and there was no mattress cover, which is concerning. The room smelled so strong of cleaning product that I had to open the window and lwave to let it air out. Im glad it means the room was cleaned, but the staff obviously didn't add enough water in the mop water as rhe floors were sticky as well. The breakfast was cold and limited. I went down at 6:15 am when it opened at 6 am and yet many items were already out. Lastly, they only had 1 towel in a room with 2 queen beds that sleeps 4 people. Why is that? How can that be a savings? I would not stay there again. It was a mistake.

Room was way too clean no towels, no drain stopper for the Jacuzzi. Also, TV didn't work. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would I stay again? Yes.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay based on an attractive Expedia price and guest reviews. Our guest room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, the television and wi-fi in our assigned guest room were not working so we were reassigned to another room where the tv and wi-fi did work but the coffeemaker had mold in it and the bathroom sink had long hair strands in it and the grounds needed some litter removal. Others may like staying here but we would not choose to return.
