Quiet and safe

Upon arrival I encountered the strong aroma of cooking and there were no staff to greet me, I had to ring the “doorbell” on the desk 3 times before someone came to check me in. When I was checking in I was asked if I wanted a room on the lower floor or upper- I chose upper so I could avoid the noise of footsteps above me… little did I know there was no elevator so I had to carry all of my luggage up a flight of stairs. After entering the room I used the bathroom- which did not have a working exhaust fan. A bit later my daughter spilled some water on the floor- the white washcloth turned black from wiping it up. Not to mention there were very few bathroom linens to choose from. To end the night we were going to use the pool- there were a couple of girls in the pool when we entered who warned us that they just found a broken glass in the pool and we’re trying to find help to clean it. My daughter was already disappointed in this experience but they still had a hot tub- the color of the water in the hot tub was completely yellowish/brownish so I had to tell her we were absolutely not going in there either. Had we not been completely exhausted already we would have left immediately, I had booked our stay for 2 nights but didn’t even stay the second night because it was so bad. We woke up, definitely didn’t even consider checking out the breakfast, and got the heck out of there. Since I booked on Expedia I didn’t even bother trying to cancel the second night or get a refund- BAD

Lady that check is in was so nice . Beds were hard but otherwise overall was a good stay

I just to say the property was pretty nice. The refrigerator was so frozen. I couldn’t get anything in there hardly and the air ran and it took forever to cool it down. It’s all good.

Overall, the room was clean in the beds comfortable. Very disappointing however that the bathtub fills up with 4 inches of water in it while you’re taking a shower as does the sink. The room also seems so humid and sticky floor.

Safe, clean, nice pool - a bit dated but good value for basic sleep

Space and anenities

It’s budget. I get that. But the hallways don’t need to smell like an Indian night bizarre and two out of three light bulbs in bathroom didn’t work so pretty dark. But hey, bed was comfy. You get what you pay for.
