Easy in and easy out. Good value for the price

Went up for a family reunion. Stayed here many times before never had an issue until this past weekend. Got the king suite and had our 5month old puppy with us. Got into our room and turned ac unit on to cool the room down cause it was like 90 degrees and super humid and smelt bad in the room. Went to dinner and took our pup on a walk to let the room cool down. Got back and never cooled down got actually more humid in there. Asked the front desk to come look at it and they did for about 3mins and said ok I fixed it give it time. Well we went and bought a fan to blow on our pup. Tried to sleep in that hot room cause the hotel was all booked up. Next day went and told them it hasn’t cooled down at all. The guy came back looked at it and said he would call a professional to come look at it. Well that never happened. Luckily we had more family members staying the night so we were lucky to be able to bunk with one of them so we could be comfortable but also are pup won’t be overheating in that heat of the room. Also the bathroom downstairs in the lobby the door was unable to close all the way and the toilet seat was barely barely on the toilet anymore. Use to be a great hotel but now it’s run down and smells horrible everywhere and they let the garbages outside overflow onto the sidewalk. Will never stay here again!

Upon first walking up to this hotel, you’ll be greeted with overgrown weeds, zero landscaping and cigarette butts thrown all over. There are also no handicap buttons to open the door, nor any elevators! Be aware if you’re a handicap person, this may not be the hotel for you. Upon walking in, there was no front desk staff to welcome guests, but rather we had to ring a well and wait. When the employee did come up, he was rude and seemed annoyed we were even checking in. Our room was very small, had an empty toilet paper roll on! Missing sink drain cover, nonfunctional exhaust fan in the bathroom, clogged bathtub drain that water quickly filled up with just a few minute shower. They provided only one single towel in a double queen room. No body wash or hand soap available either, but rather a lotion, shampoo/conditioner in one AND another shampoo… so no way to wash hands properly. There’s zero usb ports in the room, just a couple dilapidated lights with burnt out bulbs with splattered liquid of some sort in the light. The beds do not have any mattress protectors on them and blood stained sheets… that were put on inside out nonetheless, and the beds themselves… hard as a rock!!! Overall just rundown hotel that’s clearly lacking very basic maintenance and cleanliness. breakfast in the morning… basically, what breakfast!? They had very minimal options, even if they were stocked up… which they weren’t! Literally nothing left by 8am. RUDE STAFF with unsanitary conditions.

I have stayed here handful of times when I come up and see family members in the area. Had never had a bad experience until this past weekend. Got the king suite room with jacuzzi tub. Had our 5month old puppy with. Got to our room which was room 201. Ac was shut off so we turned it on to cool the room down cause it was hot and very humid. Got settled in and went and got dinner hoping when we got back the room would be much cooler. When we got back the room never got cooler it actually got hotter and more humid. Asked the front desk to look at it and the guy came up monkeyed with it for 10mins said he fixed it and we asked if it doesn’t work can we switch rooms. He said no they were booked. So we went to the store and bought a fan to blow on our pup to keep her cool. That night it was like 90 degrees in the room. Asked Saturday about having them look at it again cause we could not sleep in it or have our pup stay in that room. Luckily we had family members staying there and their rooms ac was working. So we were able to keep our pup in their room. Saturday night we were lucky enough to bunk with one of our family members cause our room kept getting hotter and hotter. So we didn’t stay in our room. So if anyone books a room here and get room 201 make sure the ac unit is working and that the tub actually drains cause it did not drain for us and after a 10minute sure it would take over 30mins for the water to drain. I will not be staying at this location anymore.

The room and open areas of the hotel were clean and inviting, and hot and cold foods for breakfast were very good! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and give them a 4.5star for that. Overall the stay was nice for what we were needing. However, a few things need to be addressed. The outside door at the far end of the hotel, the lock is broken so anyone can get in. Towels seem to be an issue. We only had 3 body towels in our room. When I asked the maid for hand towels she didnt have any but did have wash clothes and gave me several wash clothes. Used the extra as my hand towel. Also, In my opinion when a towel has a hole time to retire and not hang in the guest room. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was the usual hotel menu.

The location and price were good. We arrived at midnight. It took about nine minutes of waiting, pressing the call button, and calling the lobby phone for someone to come out of one of the first floor rooms to check us in. He didn’t talk except to say “initial here”, and “breakfast is at 6:00”. The room only had two towels for a 4-person reservation. The tub didn’t drain, there was no tp holder, there was a spider web with living spider in the tub, and hairs and pee spots on the bathroom floor. The pool and hot tub seemed clean, which was nice. Breakfast was okay. On par with a budget hotel.

The room we reserved wasn’t ready when we arrived despite me calling two times before to confirm. After trying to figure out accommodations for my family for about an hour, they found us a room. And the room was dirty. At this point it was 4 am and they put us in an unoccupied suite. They woke us up at 9 am to get out of that room and switch to another room. It was complete ineptitude

Good Place to stay. Getting a ride from lift or Uber isn’t very easy.
