Wonderful stay at the Prince of Wales. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is fantastic. Meals were delicious. Frank E provided exceptional service for breakfast. Very friendly and attentive.

Checked in at the hotel yesterday and Gregg really went above and beyond. You’re not only helped us get our luggage from the car, but got everything to the room and set up for (my wife and I are both physically challenged). Gregg was extremely pleasant and helpful. He really embodied the spirit of great customer service, which is what we’ve come to expect from Prince Of Wales Hotel. Thanks for making our stay awesome Gregg!🤗

"location perfect"

shower curtain had a moldy smell there was no hair conditioner or body wash in the shower/bath though we requested it.
