Prince of Wales

My husband and I had breakfast at the Prince of Wales Hotel on Sunday May 31st 2026 and could not have been more impressed. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and arrived piping hot. What truly made our morning special, however, was our server, Frank E. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel right at home with his warm, welcoming personality. He was incredibly attentive, quick to anticipate our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast was flawless. It is rare to receive this level of hospitality these days. We will definitely be back.

Traditional, authentic, old charm, beds were comfortable

Musty, old furniture, pillows were horrible.

The room was excellent, lots of heritage details, very comfortable.

suggest having a pump soap at the sink instead of using the bar soap.

We had a family birthday at the Prince of Wales. Six couples, two days, many meals. The staff were unfailingly friendly, accommodating, and professional. The public rooms are gracious, and the food in the dining room and lounge delicious. We enjoyed long walks in the historic park and along the lakefront. I look forward to my next visit.

We ate brunch at noble in the hotel, our waiter Frank E was exceptional. He was attentive, personable, and overall a great person of hospitality. I would recommend noble and Frank when coming to niagara on the lake
