"The staff make experience!"

Excellent staff and always a really enjoyable experience. We frequent Niagara on the lake a few times a year and stay exclusively at The Prince of Wales. The staff are what make the experience! A beautiful Vintage hotel in the hear of town. Super accommodating and great food!

Wall paper is a challenge from the minute you put it up. It does not become any less so as it ages. :) The rooms are beautiful. We will be back.

Le prix est relativement élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées. Le personnel pourrait être plus chaleureux.

Everything! One of my favourite places to stay in the area.

I’ve stayed many times. It was our wedding anniversary and usually they do something special. This time there was a lack of celebration and when I mentioned at front desk, the lady merely shrugged. I find this at odds with the norms and expectations of this Vintage Inns property.

Location is excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was amazing.

We stayed in room 213. Our room window was facing some HVAC units at the back of the building. These units were making quite a bit of noise when they were working.

Location, staff was very good. Loved the lounge. Parking was great as well.

No view. The height of the bed proved to be problematic for my wife because of her physical limitations. Went down and talked to the staff to figure out a solution and a solution was found. Excellent thinking.
