Please note that the maximum number of rooms that can be booked under 1 credit card is 3 rooms. Every room after the third will be charged room and tax for the entire stay at time of booking to the credit card provided. Rooms are located in a separate building within walking distance from the main building.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Business retreat with 100+ guests"

Outstanding stay!!! Thank you to Jonathan at the front desk and Concierge Wayne for helping our big group these past three days for a business retreat! I had a big group for a walking tour and the staff helped to coral our people during a BUSY check in. I had an absolutely gorgeous (corner) room. Nespresso machine is a great touch, lots of plugs in the room. So many little details that make this the OPPOSITE of a chain hotel. We had a great stay, helpful coffee shop in the beautiful lobby. You can’t stay here and not appreciate that you are ON the Niagara on the Lake shopping strip. The walking and shopping is unbeatable. I teach a 5 day law/tax course at another of the Niagara Hotel resorts nearby and they have this beautiful weird thing about flowers…like roses ABOUND. The turn down service is romantic to the max. LOL even the parking is great. It’s the staff though. Over and above to make our stay and that of my guests, memorable and enjoyable. Prince of Wales staff! Thank you.
