Tram is outside the window 4+ floor walkup with unlocked bathroom across the landing Adams Family Mansion look and feel Ancient run down, dark, terrible smell from ?cleaning fluid Tiny room, a bed, an outlet, a lamp, a chair, and a small table, the end. Closet full of old air conditioners and ???. Stained wallpaper.

Reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood.

It would have been nice to have ice available. Also more secure door with an additional locks. The door that goes out to the fire escape was unlocked. It wasn't realized until the next day.

The hotel is located in a historic district and is extremely close to Boston University. It is located in a century old "brownstone" building and had a charming character. The folks running the hotel are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is modest, but sufficient.

Beautiful period property, the en suite room was very spacious and comfortable. Close to the tram line and easy to get to city centre

There is no breakfast room or a lounge where one can have a breakfast and for the price it would be great if parking was included

Every day we come back to the room, it is clean, with enough clean towels and shampoos. Nice breakfast, fresh coffee all day .
