Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was too warm.

We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late with no problem or charge. Very convenient location too! 10/10 will definitely recommend.

The bathroom shower was cramped and the sing was stopper up but the fixed it. there was no heat in the room

Great location in a walking distance to the BU campus, convenient connection to downtown. Responsive and helpful staff. Hot drinks and snacks available all the time.

Pity there wasn't any dining room to eat breakfast and one had to take it back to the room.

The property was in a good location and staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived with hairs around the sink. The bed had a duvet but it was without a cover - which means it likely doesn’t get washed between guests. There were no tea an coffee amenities in the room (they were in reception). And between two of us my partner and I were only given one large towel to use (other smaller towels were provided - hand towels and flannels).
