Place, ambience, villa and staff are very helpful.

Location of hotel was near the ferry terminal, the atmosphere and room were really relaxing and nice! Worth every penny! All the staff were very nice, patient and attentive, especially Kasir!

Wonderful and Special because the Hotel consists of 60+ villas each with its own little pool embedded in the tropical nature. Two magnificent pools and beach side, Activities together with the nearby sister hotel. Several Restaurants with European and Asia Food. Perfect communication with the reception via WhatsApp. Buggys drive you to any place in the resort. A great Spa is there too. Staff extremely friendly and heartfelt. The hotel established a Green Imperative Fund supporting sustainabie efforts in areas where Banyan Tree operates. Ideal for relaxation and romance. Love the stay! We stayed here for 3d2n. It was a lovely experience. Peaceful and serenity! Food was good, staff are helpful and friendly! Especially those who assist us during the trip, such as Kasir and a trainee who did the check-in for us. They always greet us with a big smile, thoughtful in every way they could to ensure a pleasant experience during our stay. Love it!

We stayed 3 nights at Banyan Tree Bintan for our first trip with our 3 month old baby, and it turned out to be such a special and memorable experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff (Xavier and Rahman) were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Traveling with a young baby can be stressful, but the team made everything feel easy and comfortable. They were always ready to help, and their kindness really stood out throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and very private, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy for us to relax and settle into a slower pace with our baby. The resort itself is stunning — lush greenery, beautiful beach views, and a calm environment that feels like a true escape. What we appreciated most was how accommodating the resort was for families with young children. Even with such a small baby, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was the perfect destination for our first family getaway. We left feeling rested, happy, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back again in the future.

I think the everything here is good, the resort is very nice, food is delicious, the staff is very nice and friendly especially Rika, she help us from day 1 until last day.

I like Bintan island, I went to some hotels in this island but most memorable is The banyan, so I come back here again
