Beautiful experience at The Cove Restaurant for our 35th wedding anniversay dinner. While weather disrupted our plans for an outside "Dinner on the Rock", Ronaldo ensured that our anniversary evening went off smoothly with a private dining experience. The table was tastefully decorated, the food was delicious, and the service fantastic. We truly appreciated the efforts of Ronaldo and the other staff in making our evening enjoyable! We would not hesitate to recommend the theme dinner options at Banyan Tree Bintan! Thank you.

My son and I went on our usual June holiday getaway at Bintan. This is our maybe 3rd or 4th time now and as usual the views are stunning from every villa we had and the service impeccable. Everyone was caring, friendly and really wanted to make your experience a great one. We had stayed 2 nights at cassia, the sister resort next door and the switch over to banyan tree was really smooth and comfortable. Throughout the trip, everyone was attentive and caring. I left an item and hadn’t noticed it after I’d checked out. They delivered it to me quickly before my bus to the ferry terminal. I really appreciated it. The rooms and especially the bath areas can be a bit run down and would do well with a refreshing but this didn’t make the experience any less. The views and service make up for it. We felt relaxed and restored. My only other suggestion would be for a loyalty club or something of that sort to recognize long standing customers who come back every year. It would make the already good experience great. I’d be happy to book a longer stay or a more expensive villa. Pls consider it.

One of the best experiences of my life given I have traveled almost the entire world. Their greatest strength is their staff. They pamper you, make you feel special. So polite and caring. I will never forget this place. The location is excellent and it gives traditional vibes in its architecture. It’s value for every penny you spend. Peaceful and all the amenities available. I might go back 10 times at the very least.

Desy was an excellent host, providing a terrific level of service. Explained the cultural background of the food whilst checking in on us constantly. Highly recommend for couples!!
