Banyan Tree Bintan

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan and the staff truly made the experience special. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely caring — the service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was also outstanding, with excellent variety and quality throughout our stay. The resort itself is set in a beautiful location and we left feeling relaxed and very well looked after. The only reason I haven’t given a perfect score for the property itself is that some areas of the resort are beginning to feel a little dated compared to newer luxury resorts in the region. That said, the incredible staff and overall experience more than compensated, and we would happily return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Ambience and service at Banyan Tree was really good! The food at Saffron, Thai cuisine, was especially delicious! The only thing to note is that most of the facilities is shared with the other two sister hotels including the beach front. So if you are on a budget, those could be more value for money. Having said that, the room at Banyan Tree was very spacious, well decorated and has its own pool.

This is an excellent resort with exceptional service from the staff, and some very good dining options. We got special treatment from Kasir - taking us everywhere in the resort, Gin Gin at Treetop Reataurant, Maya and Magi at Saffron, the staff at Cana; Daus and his team (Adi, Aguing and Lilia) for housekeeping and the extremely friendly team at the front desk of a banyan Tree and Cassia. The food and service especially at Saffron was outstanding. The staff (two ladies) at the spa was brilliant .. Looking forward to coming back again soon

Our stay was extremely excellent. Our villa was so good, and the service was outstanding. All the staff were willing to help us, especially the housekeeping team, Lilik and Tommy. Resort Host Dwi explained everything in detail, so there was no need for us to ask anything. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

We are wowed by the experience we had during our 3D2N stay. The room is luxurious and surrounded by the views and sounds of nature. The essential oils and incense sticks in the room are a nice touch that elevate the experience during our stay. But it's the people who made the stay such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The staff are well-trained, hospitable, and the interactions genuine. The housekeeping team ensures the place is spotless. Lilik & Daus surprised us with a romantic bath during the turndown service and ensuring we are comfortable for the night. We had the pleasure of meeting Kasir from Day 1, who brought us to our room in his buggy and explaining the facilities in the room. We got to know him better the next few days as he drove us around the resort. A hardworking father of 2 daughters who always has a smile on his face. The staff at the reception are also fantastic. Though we couldn't get their names, they are always ready to assist you, whether it's the activities or transport and they have become familiar faces during our stay there. Thank you Banyan Tree for the hospitality shown during our stay.
