"Winter getaway"

Amazing location, nice rooms and excellent experience with all staff. We ended up with 2 queen beds versus King but issue was resolved and room changed on second day. Our concierge for level experience stopped by every day to say hello, book restaurants and see if needs being met. Enjoyed the adult only pool and option to book bali bed/covered area for several of the days. Would have liked more food options. Main reason for not rating 5 would be related to the quality of buffet and buffet venue . Charges at specialty restaurants to upgrade from menu were also significant. Staff and location made up for the food choices and quality.

"Nice property with"

Nice overall property with long, wide, accessible, and walkable beach. Enough to do if your focus is to just relax and not expect too much luxury accommodations. The rooms could use some maintenance and updates. No loud activities or staff trying to pull you into activities. The music played on the property is nice and relaxing. The food could use some improvement in choice, substance, and temperature- cold!. You won't starve, but after a few days, it's much of the same. Limited choice of three faux fancy restaurants that had a limited menu choice, which required reservations but were not busy ?? Lots of beach and pool lounges. No problem finding chairs on the beach. Overall, it was a good time considering the cost. Not what I would consider a high-end resort but acceptable if you are on a budget.
