Meliá Cozumel All Inclusive

We stayed here Jan 7-14. It was a lovely stay, we enjoyed the meals, the beach and the very friendly and helpful staff. We’re glad that we booked The Level, as it meant we could use all the facilities on the resort and the ability to book a spot on the beach or by the pool made the whole trip so much more relaxing. Also of note, the towels provided were huge, unlike many hotel towels, which I really appreciated. Robes, not so much.

Diego was the over the top attentive at the beach every day we were here! Always smiling & laughing. Served us even when we weren’t at our chairs or day bed! Adrian & his team at the Fish House is not to miss!! Amazing service every time we sat down to eat-breakfast & dinner. The food was top notch for an all inclusive resort. Very nice all inclusive! Brought sunshine even when it rained.

We are so grateful to visit this wonderful property, it is our first time here. Every time we visit a Melia property it is fantastic! Our check in process was so smooth with Erik. We would also like to thank our concierges Oscar and Gerardo for facilitating our wonderful dining experiences and making our stay so comfortable. Thank you to Diego for our cabanas and poolside amenities. Each morning we are very fortunate to visit the Fish 🐠 House for breakfast. Adrian and Martin have delivered the most excellent service every day. They have made our experience so memorable and we are so very grateful. The head chef, José is so talented and each dish we have selected is absolutely fantastic. We were also treated to local cuisine courtesy of our amazing hosts. Enchiladas and chilaquiles! Mimosas and beautiful coffees are available. We highly recommend visiting the Fish House and the Melia property! Every restaurant is amazing! You will love it.

Nota mil para todos funcionários. Todos muito cordiais e solícitos. Tudo que solicitamos, fomos atendidos. A comida é um ponto a ser analisado com cuidado, porque é cultura deles a forma de preparo. Tem os restaurantes que pode fazer a reserva assim que chegar, e amamos os jantares no restaurante fish House. Tem muita opção para as refeições, mas as vezes não agradamos de algum almoço. Aproveitamos todos os espaços, academia, shows, piscinas, jardins, tudo muito bom. No geral, o tratamento foi muitíssimo amável, amamos.

A propriedade em geral é muito bonita. Realmente não é informado no momento da reserva que alguma categoria tem direito a bebidas e instalações na praia diferenciadas, isso deveria ser bastante transparente , alguns locais são somente para esses hóspedes, não é legal…. ou seja, não é toda bebida inclusa, mesmo que não tomamos álcool, achei essa parte bem chata. E tem uma mesa no quarto com tampo de vidro, com ponta, não é seguro, arranhei a perna 2 vezes.

il mare purtroppo aveva la piaga, sempre più frequnte della presenza del sargasso (ma non è certo colpa dell'albergo); lo staff era di una gentilezza rara e sempre sorridente. struttura non recentissima ma tenuta molto bene, soprattutto per la pulizia.

dopo qualche giorno il cibo ovviamente cominciava ad essere ripetitivo ma non è certo un grosso problema.

We stayed at the Melia after a last-minute flight cancellation on New Year's Eve 2025. All that was left was an expensive "Level" room. We found out it came with an outdoor hot tub, which we were excited to use after a long day waiting at the airport and sitting on the tarmac. We were disappointed to find the hot tub in an unusable condition upon arrival. The jets and tub itself were filthy. Also, there were no slippers or robes in the room. Level rooms are supposed to get a special Level check-in experience as well. After standing in the regular check-in line for about 45 minutes, we were told to go to the Level check-in space, where we would receive an enhanced check-in experience. It would have been nice to go directly to the Level check-in vs. standing in line at the regular check-in first. It was a very "basic" hotel experience at a very high price. After contacting the hotel, they offered no compensation or reimbursement.

We had a Great family trip. We stayed from the 28th until January 4. We enjoyed all of the food and the entertainment at night. The kids enjoyed playing any of the activities.
