Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort

We checked in on Friday and we left 4 days early. Dishwasher wasn't working and it was rusted out. Tryed calling front desk and phone not working. Went to plugged my phone in and electric socked sparked. The maintenance man showed up and he didn't speak any English but he did somewhat fix the dishwasher but nothing else. The Internet was down most of the time. I went and explained to front desk and they said they would take care of it but as of Tuesday morning they didn't . The room was very tiny , you could barely walk around the bed. You didn't have any where to sit by the pool. The pool wasn't big enough to accommodate the amount of people who were there. Most of the time you could barely get in the pool. Parking was limited and you had to pay for beech chairs. BEWARE IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES

We were there for a couple of days with our family, 6 adults and 6 children. The room is nice and the swimming pool too but the noise of the music was far too loud. I asked several times to turn it down a bit, but the musicmaker did not react. Really very disturbing so i could not enjoy this hotel at the max.

I did not even get to the actual resort. I was booking over the phone to stay and as soon as I gave her my card number she began saying she could no longer hear me. She then called from another line and said that this line was better but could not do my confirmation on this line. She switched back over and this man said he could not hear me. After that he hung up. I NEVER got an email of confirmation. I did not feel like this is a professional real company

It a small hotel that has been turned into a condo. The pools are small and there is no space on the pool deck to lounge because it is tiny. We will not return

Property was family friendly. It was clean and offered free washer and dryers.

Liked the pool area and access to the beach. Room was decent

Parking and the shower wasn't draining even after they came to "fix" it.

Close to beach and restaurants. Room size was large and comfortable.

Room was right on the busy street. Loud. Tiki bar bartender was still learning and very slow. Had to wait 30 plus minutes sometimes for a drink due to the line. And she didn’t know how to make simple drinks. Eventually gave up and went somewhere else.
