Best place to stay in Madurai!!!

Room was very spacious clean but it had smell of mold it was on the furniture property is otherwise nice but furniture should be replaced

Quiet, secluded, green property away from the hustle and bustle of Madurai. Faded glory perhaps describes it best.

Old heritage property converted to a hotel. Wake up to the chants of the temple city interspersed with the calls of the resident peacocks. Amazingly attentive staff and a proactive general manager. The only place to stay in Madurai.

very clean.courteous staff. I would not recommend eating here as food is not as good as the ambience.

Palace type rooms are unique. Breakfast is good . Ambience is nice on top of hills

Unparalleled personal attention from the time you set foot in the hotel. My wife could not eat anything solid because of dental surgery. Mr. Arul and the Chef Suresh came and made sure what she liked and specially cooked for her needs. The staff are excellent. We chose the place because it is a throw back to an old British colonial style bungalow. It is beautifully situated on top of a hill with a wide view of Madurai. There is only one restaurant and its strength is the local food which is excellent in quality. You have good company with many peacocks coming right up to you. The room was large and clean. However, for a Taj hotel one would expect a better a cleaner spa.

Lovely peaceful oasis in this bustling city. Set on a small hill with far reaching views over the city and surrounding area. Comfortable room and excellent service.
