"Great surroundings and location but property needs major renovation and up-keep"

The location is just excellent. SFX restaurant was superb. The walkaround of the property is splendid and worth remembering.

The cottages are outdated. Bathroom circulation was smelling of stinky mould and there were ants in our bed headrest when we checked in. Kokum restaurant is very outdated and unclean, needs a major renovation.

Very bad experience. You don't feel like you are in a star hotel. I have been to many Taj hotels and I love the Taj hospitality, but this property is totally a mess. I think the GM or other seniors do not have any any control on the team and there's a lack of training to team.

An absolutely amazing holiday experience at Taj Aguada Resort & Spa! The location is breathtaking, with stunning bay views and a beautiful sunset point that truly becomes the highlight of your stay. The hospitality is warm and impeccable, making you feel pampered throughout. What makes this resort stand out is the sheer number of amenities—you hardly feel the need to step out. A big plus is the option to also enjoy breakfast and facilities at the adjoining Taj Village, which adds even more variety to the experience. The breakfast spread is incredibly elaborate, offering something for everyone—from South Indian and North Indian dishes to Italian, English, and continental options. There’s also a great selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, coffee, and tea. The spa experience is wonderfully relaxing, and access to complimentary sauna, steam, and jacuzzi makes it even more worthwhile. A special mention to the Italian restaurant ‘Paper Moon,’ where the authenticity shines through with ingredients sourced directly from Italy—truly a delightful culinary experience.
