Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa

Taj has always been upto the mark for the cleanliness and the service provided. The staff was well behaved and provided all the information required. I would like to talk about only two things i.e Firstly, the check-in was delayed since the room was not ready but they upgraded the room without any extra charge. Secondly, we had ordered a chicken club sandwich which was very dry. Upon informing the in-room dining in charge, they tried to defend it rather than accepting the mistake. Finally, I was not aware that the spa had to be booked a day prior which got me disappointed since i was looking forward to it. Not a huge deal but the overall experience was really good. I will definitely come back, thank you for the service.

Starting from the beginning till end of my stay, Nathan, Keith and all other guys really took care of us, hospitality was great. The experience and memories we took along with us is worth remembering. Finally it is the feeling of homeliness and warmth that made our experience special. Also I would like to mention that the special gesture shown to us for our 5 years anniversary was really a surprise and all these little things are the reason for us to come back again.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the location is outstanding, with beautiful views over the sea, the nearby beach, and the old fort. The pool area is lovely and open until 9 pm, with the added benefit of access to the pools at the neighboring Taj Village. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with great showers and very comfortable beds. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful property with great people and peaceful

The last time we had been to Taj Fort Aguada was in 2007 in our first year of marriage. 19 years later, it was such a joy to visit the property again & this time with our 2 kids & parents. The entire experience from check in to checkout was seamless. Special thanks to Nathan for his warm hospitality. Thank you Team Taj & we look forward to our next visit soon.

We recently had an incredible stay at the Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, and it was truly a memorable experience for my family. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, everything was seamless, professional, and full of genuine warmth. What really sets this property apart is the people. A special thanks to Debarati at the Front Office for her delightful assistance. The dining experiences were world-class, thanks to the exceptional service from Pabitra and the teams at Kokum Kitchen and Morisco. We were particularly impressed by the culinary care provided by Chef Amit, Chef Atharva, and Deepa. The logistics were equally impressive—Madhur provided amazing buggy service, and our driver, Francis, was always polite, professional, and greeted us with a smile. Finally, a heartfelt thank you and deep gratitude to Chef Roy for going above and beyond. The entire team made my wife and daughter feel incredibly special. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Taj Fort Aguada resort for 4 days from Tuesday, 3rd March till 7th March 2026. We have been to many Taj hotels unlike others Fort Aguada lacks hospitality, that Taj hospitality of going above and beyond. The staff are not welcoming, the staff at the restaurant (Kokum) keep rushing and never bother to ask if we liked the food or we need something. No one explained the activities in the resort and sometimes there is discrepancy in the information given by folks in the front desk and staff in the restaurants.

Just back from a very relaxing and rejuvenating holiday at Taj Fort Aguada and the experience has been nothing less than exhilarating! Location of the resort is ideal and the moment we step into the property, we are transported to a serene and calm atmosphere. The lobby area, the coffee shop, Kokum and the restaurants, SFX and Morisco all are sea facing, giving us a splendid view of the awe inspiring Arabian Sea. We had reserved the sea facing cottage rooms and they were quite spacious with enough outdoor space. A quiet environment, only interspersed with the soothing sounds of the waves and the melodious call of birds. An ideal setting for a holiday which we all look out for! Now to the services. As guests we were well taken care of! The buffet breakfast at Kokum had quite a vast spread and the personal attention by the staff was really nice. Special mention for the F&B manager Mr Sujay Bhaskar. Thank you so much. The lunch at Morisco on the final day was the icing on the cake where food was prepared as per our personal likes and the chef ensured we had a great time. I’m sorry his name slipped my mind. Special thanks to Mr Pabitra of F&B for taking good care of us. The only con that I can mention is that the food at SFX was nothing to write home about and we didn’t enjoy our dinner there on the day of our arrival at the resort. All in all it was a wonderful holiday for us with great food, amazing sunset and sea views and a quiet time. Thank you so much!
