"It was still fun but having to go past the dumpsters to go to the beach each time made it bad!"

Plenty of amenities, rooms were a nice size, balcony view of ocean was beautiful, easy to get to

At check in staff did not relay important information regarding room service or hotel details no paperwork or information was in the room either, elevator broke we were on the 4th floor, we asked for room service 5 times before it happened and had to go to the front desk just to get towels for the number of people in the room, air conditioning was the best in the room

"Staff were excellent"

The staff were friendly and exceptional. The room was clean and very nice. I loved balcony overlooking beach.

The only problem I am elderly and walk with cane. Elevator not working. Had a very long walk to room. Very difficult for me.

All of the staff were exceptional! Very friendly and extremely accommodating.

I didn’t like the area where our room door was 163. Trash all over the ground the entire stay. That little area was an eye sore. Housekeeper was unfriendly.

Close to the beach

Place is very outdated, dirty, beds were horrible, no towels, or wash cloths. Had to wait for bath towels since they didn’t have any. Eventually found some. Never received wash cloths and cleaning people didn’t understand what a wash cloth was. Ran out of body soap.
