Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums

My family and I loved staying at the Carousel! The location is fantastic—just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for families. The hotel features two pools with easy access, which was perfect for our children. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable throughout our stay. While the rooms could benefit from some updates to match the overall Carousel experiences, we were very happy with our overall experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We always bring our own pillows; very glad we did! The beds were a little hard. The pull-out coach had a few stains and was a little dated.

I loved that everything was right there in the hotel. We enjoyed the ice skating rink. The hot tub and sauna was amazing. Also being able to walk out on the beach was very convenient. Also enjoying delicious food and live entertainment near the pool was great for the kids.

Having a smart TV where I could access Youtube for the kids.

The beach was so close and easy to get to.

With the bar showed id knew we were way over the age of 21 but still had problems getting a drink.

Great place, got moved to Ocean front for free. Warm indoor poor, great facilities. Beach front, lively bar/beach front area live music. But everything shuts down completely 10pm sharp. No elevator near the room which was hard on several family members.(it was our of service for weeks according to staff)

Need to fix/update elevators. Later /earlier hours for bars/coffee shop. Not handicap friendly
