Most everything. Restaurant faire was somewhat limited. We had a kitchenette but nothing at all to cook with, no plastic ware or dishes at all.. mattresses not very comfortable. On the positive side, the property staff was the most helpful, service-oriented, positive, professional folks I have encountered in a very long time. I would return to Carousel just for them!

"Fine, but not worth what I paid overall"

Ease of beach access, beach chair available to use, location next to restaurants and grocery store. Friendly staff.

NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM. Asked the front desk and was told they ran out. Then Wednesday night indoor pool closed at least 2 hours early, next morning it was still closed. Was told outdoor pool would open, 1030 and it still wasn't open. Very disappointing as pool was reason I chose this hotel and only stayed 2 days.

"Not as expected"

I enjoyed the skate rink.

I thought i booked oceanfront and didn't get that. We checked in on a Thursday and most of the activities Wednesday and sunday.Not close enough to boardwalkNot as expected

The staff was very nice.. But everything else was very poor. We had to wait a whole day to get towels. The air condition was broke and when we would turn the air on it would not go above 61 so it was freezing. One of the bed linens were soiled when we went to get into bed we noticed. And the toilet would not flush properly.

"Very convenient for small kids you want to take to the beach but have access to a room for a nap."

Close to the beach, lots of amenities & food options on site, easy check in/out process & they only hold $1 on your card for a security deposit

The elevators kept breaking & trying to get onto the elevators in the lobby is a nightmare also the bathroom in our room was not very clean.
