Charlie's El Nido

We had a great experience while inside the hotel. What makes our stay pleasurable are the staff of the hotel namely Abel, Jhon, Bonifacio, No Lits, Francis, Fernandez and Ms Nina, the Manager. The photos gives justice to the actual place. It's serene with many plants all around the place. The rooms, it's linens, towels and robes are just perfect. I'd like to comment the chef too. The foods are great! We had laksa, nasi goreng, beef stroganoff and Binakol.

Shuttle pick excellent Service and Front desk we experience real customer service. Rooms excellent although the shower hot and cold mixing a trouble. TV screen is best. Breakfast is wonderful and Chef and crew are all nice and well Groom. And lovable

Their hospitality comes straight from the heart. The food? Simply delicious! Every meal was a treat, full of flavor and clearly made with love. And the drinks from the bar – out of this world! Creative, refreshing, and made with such good energy by the amazing staff. This place isn’t just a destination – it’s an experience you carry with you. We love you so much – thank you for everything!

Charlie's was our home for 10 days. I'm so glad we booked this hotel. It's quiet and away from hustle of El Nido, perfect for families. We went with a group of 8 and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our kids wanted to stay longer because of wonderful ladies always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Nothing was impossible in this hotel and whatever we asked for was swiftly organised. Beautiful location with clean and spacious rooms, superb room service, and even childcare for our 8 year olds! The pool was a dream with enough sunshine and shade if you needed a break from the heat. The great selection of foods and cocktails kept us from going to town everyday. All you need is provided on the spot! BEST HOTEL IN EL NIDO! We will miss you Charlie's! Eva, Kris, Leon and Lenny

Beautiful hotel tucked away from the main hub of El Nido so nice and peaceful, beautiful surroundings and room. Couldn’t fault anything. But the staff made the experience 11/10, each staff member were incredible, helpful and so friendly, they made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Joel who went above and beyond to help us arrange a long transfer to Port Barton that we would have been stuck without. And the free shuttle to Ellis nido and the beautiful beach are really helpful.

The best front desk team, ever - genuinely kind, caring and always with a smile on their faces. Thank you Raster, and thank you Jazel. Stayed here for 3 nights, their shuttles help you navigate back and forth to the town, or the airport. Nice, peaceful, relaxing facility. The staff will go the extra mile to ensure not just a comfortable stay, but also a good time in El Nido. For us, they arranged our tours and also our ferry tickets to Coron. Suggested areas of improvement- better internet, and better coffee :)

Stay here was a bit disappointing for the price. Room view overlooked hallway, place was very noisy and power kept going out at dinner and no hot water in shower. Pluses - near airport and van/shuttle into town but recommend you look at other options. Wasn’t bad experience but for price we expected more.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to town and Lio excellent although the cost of the trike if you miss a shuttle is quite cheap. Lovely clean room with decent shower. Excellent pools and good gym. The food was good but the strawberry and banana milkshake and tuna melt were both brilliant and addictive. Definitely left feeling impressed by all the staff, it seems a shame there was no tip box on reception as would have been nice to leave something knowing it is share by all the staff.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

A bit smelly unfortunately. In future we would stay at slip Beach.
