"Awesome stay at Gateway Conoor"

We had a splendid stay at Gateway Conoor. The entire support staff esp. Ms. Leona of front office and Mr. Britto of F&B team were extremely courteous and friendly. An excellent property surrounded by an amazing garden. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to certainly visit again.

Amazing property, staff (and service) and food. Reminded me of the days when my parents would bring me to the Taj Garden Retreat when I was studying in a boarding school in Ooty. Love the fact that Gateway has maintained the charm of the property whilst also refurbishing and updating the rooms. I will be coming back with my wife and child !

"Comfortable stay and scrumptious food"

Great hospitality and truly lovely food. The property is located in Upper Coonoor and is very easy to access. Despite being over 150 years old, the place is beautifully maintained with all the modern amenities. I especially appreciated being able to log in to my own OTT apps on the TV instead of relying only on cable channels. Really loved the well maintained lawns and gardens in the property. The breakfast buffet has a good spread, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to Anand, Theresa, and Leona for their exceptional hospitality, they really made my stay comfortable and memorable!
