Gateway Coonoor

We had very plesent stay at Gateway coonoor. Everything about this resort is perfect. The place, food and hospitality are best we experienced in Niligiris. We stayed there for two nights and we had awsome experience. Initially while check in there was some confusion but the staff especially Mr. Evin sorted out everything. First we got a deluxe room. Though the room was very good, it was a connecting room. My young children were making some noise and it created little disturbance to guests in other room. So we requested the management for change . They immediately understood our situation and changed to suit room. Thanks to the entire staff for a memorable vacation.

Hotel is beautiful. Lot of space great views. The staff is very nice. I had some trouble on s trail. They came to fetch me, drove my car, and overall very nice. I left my specs behind and they couried it to me without fuss. Overall a very comforting and also lovely experience.

I had an amazing time at the Gateway Coonoor. The hospitality was top notch. The hotel is in the middle of the city but it's tucked away so you can't hear the hustle and bustle. It's beautifully peaceful and serene. Definitely must visit when in Coonoor.

My overall experience was great. A few things that can be looked at are entertainment system in the room weren’t the best specifically streaming services, nothing to complain other than that.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gateway Coonoor. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The heritage hotel is very well maintained, our room was gorgeous and clean, and we enjoyed the different flowered gardens. The food was another highlight of our stay; every meal was delicious, the service was super quick, and our special requests were always accommodated with a lot of kindness. Special thanks to the f&b manager. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Gateway Coonoor.

Its a lovely place and in restaurant akshat is awesome. And ambience is also amazing.All staff is very polite and having smile on face 24 hours.

Stay at Gateway was excellent. And lunch at Cafe Diem was memorable, thanks to Radhika Maam. One advice: avoid public holidays.

I had such a lovely experience with my recent stay at Gateway Coonoor. The rooms are a blend of colonial charm and modern comforts. The campus (set against a church) is dotted with old trees, and is alive with the presence of local birds and even, a Malabar squirrel. And from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and care. A special shout out for Mr. Evin, whose dedication to ensuring our comfort made all the difference to our experience. I look forward to visiting again!
