Dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego; spacerem na Stare Miasto ok 15 min. Pokoje typu standard małe ale wyposażone w niezbędne rzeczy

Trafiłem na upały - brak klimatyzacji i małe okienko wychodzące na zamknięty dziedziniec powodowały że w pokoju było masakrycznie gorąco. Dodatkowo trafiłem na rozwrzeszczaną grupę rosyjskojęzycznych turystów którzy mieli głęboko to że nie wszyscy chcą słuchać co mają dla wykrzyczenia

Единственный плюс это месторасположение И чистое постельное

1. В номере старая мебель в ужасном состоянии , ремонт старый 2. Было очень жарко, на букинге написано, что в номере есть вентилятор (но его не было) когда начали просить его на рецепшене, нас начали кормить обещаниями! Потом выяснилось, что вентилятора нет и в других номерах! В тот день температура на улице доходила до 36 градусов, дышать в номере было не возможно! Мы не спали всю ночь ! Нам испортили всю поездку 3. На букинге было зазначено что будет кровать king size , но это тоже не было выполнено ! На рецепшене с нами начали спорить , что в других номерах кровати еще меньше и это всетаки king size 4. Полы в номере были грязные!

Klima yok,temizlik vasat,otel terliği mini bar yok.Temizlik vasat,calisanlar yeterince ilgili değil, lobinin oradaki asansör sağlıklı çalışmıyor.

Muy buena ubicación, linda, propiedad, agradable, confortable moderna. Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la avenida principal. Muy recomendable.

No tengo nada que no me gustó

Es ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Ein Bäcker ist auch in der Nähe, aber leider etwas teuer. Frische Handtücher waren vorhanden und Badetücher und ein Fön und Kosmetiktücher. Das hotel verfügt über alte Möbel, aber es ist auch zum Teil neu, mit Teppichen ausgelegt und vor allem sauber. Der Mann am Empfang war sehr nett

Es war sehr warm in dem kleinen Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage, und zum Zimmer mussten wir paar Stufen runter. Nicht so praktisch, wenn man schwere Koffer dabei hat. War so etwas altbacken (die Möbel), der Fahrstuhl. Bei der Duschkabine war der Einstieg ziemlich hoch und der Abfluss am Boden schon abgenutzt. Eine Nachtischlampe leuchtete kaum und eine Deckenlampe ging gar nicht.

Lo mejor es que vendían todo tipo de bebidas y snack. Para mi fue la salvación porque en el barrio todo cierra mas temprano de lo habitual. Lo mejor de todo eran los bebestibles a baja temperatura. Se agradece considerando que en toda Europa tienden a beber cosas no tan frías.

Hacia falta el aire acondicionado para no dejar las abiertas las ventanas toda la noche

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception said she first couldn’t find my reservation and that I didn’t pay. After looking at the system she mentioned that someone else checked into my room under my name. (How is this even possible?) After a longer discussion about having to pay 60€ Kurtaxe, which was originally 6€ (she might have pronounced it wrong or said it wrong intentionally) we finally got a hotel room key. Turns out there was already someone inside which was extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved as this woman was currently changing in her room. It was only possible to get a normal room by starting a new heated discussion. We are extremely annoyed And we’re really furious. Would definitely not recommend, nor book it again. We almost missed the start of our concert. Extremely incompetent and unfriendly staff, the lady was already mad at something and hated her job when we arrived. I feel like screaming at customers is not the way forward. The audacity to even charge me the full price at this point. Even when staying in hotels overseas I NEVER experienced such an unfriendliness and incompetence.

The location, the cleanliness, the space.

Nothing.
