Bathroom door wouldn’t close as the inside of it was swollen and damaged. Other than fresh towels the lack of cleanliness made you question if anything was cleaned. One of the pillow cases has stains on it. Pretty sketchy overall. Would not recommend staying there unless it was your only option and last resort. Stay at your own risk.

The room was clean. Check in was fastest I’ve had, once they got there.

The bed was hard and super uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. It needs to be updated. The breakfast was toast and a banana. Lobby had no air and with the air conditioner running from 3 till 8 the next morning, it never kicked off. It was cool, but not cold.

Room was very dirty and hotel had a nasty smell in the hall and my room smelled terrible.

Overall unsatisfied. Old chair and nasty ashtray by side door. Toast was the only served for breakfast. Room not very clean, sheets had stains. Unsafe parking lot we were approached by a man that didn’t speak English and he wouldn’t leave us alone. Will not be staying again nor recommending to anyone.

The sheets had stains on them. There were flies flying all over the room. Door was hard to shut. Television didn’t work at first had to have them fix it. Took 30 minutes or longer. Phone was sticky and nightstands as well. Would not recommend staying here.

I was on the second floor. The fire doors On second were held open with door wedges. Staff obviously does not hold customer safety in very high esteem. The room was not in even fair repair. The bathroom light fixture had been removed leaving just an exposed bulb socket in the ceiling joists. I work in facilities services for a hospital. I stopped looking for fire code infractions after these. Jasper should be ashamed

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon entering my room, I found that the main door lock was broken, exposing the batteries in the back. The overhead lock was also loose and nonfunctional. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very unsafe here. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a damp, musty feel. To make matters worse, there were stains on the sheets. I ultimately decided not to stay due to the lack of security and uncomfortable environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
