Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Northfield

Available on a busy weekend in Northfield. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

Shower was dingy and gross. Didn't take a shower.

Heat wasn’t functioning. It turned on but had a bad burning smell. I turned it off and opened a window to clear the air. Luckily it was fall weather so didn’t really need the heat on quite yet otherwise that would have been bad. Affordable stay, well lit parking.

Facilities in poor condition- stained linens, broken locks on door, nothing good to eat for breakfast. Coffee machine instead of fresh coffee.

There was no information in the room concerning operating the TV or breakfast hours, etc. Breakfast was promised, but we only saw toast and mini muffins. The bed was so high that it was hard to get into.

Bathroom did not seem very clean (may just be in serious need of remodel) and king size bed only had queen size blanket.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were bumpy. I went out for breakfast because I had been warned against it by people who had stayed there before.

The rooms smell funny. The towels are way too small. The back door by the stairs I had to walk up did not lock. The TV in the room did not work. No one was at the front desk, so I had the feeling no one was monitoring who came and went. I was under instructions from my family to "Run in. Double lock your doors, and text us that you are safe.

Location was close to the event. Price was good

Breakfast was a joke. Rooms were not clean.

The room smelled, the carpet needs replacing, there were cigarette burns around the bathroom sink, the shower curtain was filthy, the shower stall needs replacing, the bath tub doesn’t work (no drain closer), the whole place needs a makeover.

Walked in and walked out. Didn’t stay
