Heater was too loud and not hot enough; room was never warm!

The bedding was substandard. The sheets and blanket were worn thin and starting to fray.

The location.

Tv was difficult to turn on, which didn’t matter it didn’t get usable channels. So difficult to turn off I had to ask for assistance. Carpeting was dingy. No elevator.

A very servicable option when visiting students in Northfield. We slept well.

Dusty room, soiled ironing board and shower curtain, bathtub stains. Television did not work. On the plus side, i was able to sleep as the weekend clientele were considerate.

Towels wreaked of cigarettes, "smoke-free" room still smelled like cigarettes. Whole place smelled like cigarettes. Room wasn't cleaned between last guest and my stay. Dirty towels, trash in the cans, bed obviously slept in. Even a tip just sitting there. Never been so disgusted and disappointed anywhere

The breakfast was minimal but enough as we were anxious to continue our trip. There was Spanish music outside until 10:00 but it was pleasant to listen to but grateful it stopped at a decent hour to get to sleep.

There was no clock or Kleenex in the room.

Very helpful staff! The hotel is rough around the edges but still clean and comfortable enough to provide a decent night's sleep.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The condition left much to be desired. The towels were small and thin. The blinds were broken, but thankfully I could pull the curtain across to block out the glaring floodlight outside. The beds were poorly made upon arrival with the sheets untucked and the coverlet rumpled. The grout in the bathroom was crumbling and the building as a whole was in disrepair. I opted to not eat the breakfast which looked meager. The photos on line make it look livelier and more modern than it is in reality.
