Americas Best Value Inn - Seymour

Room was clean, did smell of old cigarettes but not recent. Coffee pot was junk, coffee in lobby was ok, didn’t eat breakfast. Pillows were like serf boards, but bed was clean and comfy . All in all wasn’t bad for the money!!

Clean and relatively quiet. You can hear a train from time to time but not to bad. Would stay here again.

It was a nice place very quiet.

Convenient to the Apple Festival

Property was kept well and room was clean. An older hotel, but for the age is maintained. Trains are noticeable, but not bad. Would stay again in the future.

In order to get to the front desk you have to go outside and then come back through the front door. Beds are uncomfortable

DO NOT STAY HERE! only stayed here because it was close to SMORR. hotel was ok. hall was hot. laundry room smelled. when the air came on, it smelled . trying to park (towing jeep) was a chore. could not park on grass or take up more than one space. we put our do not disturb sign on the door. we put our jeep doors in the room. always do this. never had an issue at other hotels. when we got back to the room, our do not disturb sign was off and theirs was on. so we knew they came into our room. maybe they can not read. they had put towels under the jeep doors. they did not clean or give us more towels, just put towels we had under the doors. they asked us to remove the doors. we drove to the park and locked them to the trailer. we were pretty upset about them coming into our room. he stated, "we went in everyone's room." A lady reviewed this hotel, too, said the same thing. their response was, "You must be reviewing another hotel because we can't find the reservation under your name. " Nope. THEY WILL COME IN YOUR ROOM.! I wanted to check out and stay somewhere else right then. we did not eat the breakfast. water pressure dropped the second night to almost nothing.if it says you get a microwave and fridge, you might not. believe all the bad reviews. save yourself. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

The location is right in front of the train tracks. I didn't feel safe in the area
