Americas Best Value Inn - Seymour

Everything was nice and quiet to sleep and i was very relaxed

Two night stay that was in a nice comfortable room with a king bed. Breakfast was a bit sparse with cold eggs even though it was 10 minutes into the start of the breakfast time. Get there right at 6:30 or eggs and meats are probably gone. Coffee available, but not tea.

The hotel itself was wonderful and just minutes away from food and just off the hwy making it a convenient stay if you were just passing through. The staff was a little rude and some were difficult to understand.

Location- easy off the main highway.

The property does not have an elevator. A train track is directly behind the property, I say at least 10 trains went by in our 7pm-8am stay. The walls are thin. I heard snoring and tv noise while in the hallway. Our neighbor knocked on the wall - I guess because the 2 of us were laughing too loud before bedtime. The lock on the window looked like it would be easy to break in.

Nice motel, easy check-in with friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.

The price for a 2-star location is more than it should be!

This is a small town so there really isn't a lot to do. But this was located right off the main road and in close proximity to dining.

Didn't like getting a call in the morning because the window was open, and they said they smelled cig smoke. We stayed on the second floor, and we don't smoke at all. We had been traveling and was asleep and was awaken to that call. The window was open because we were hot.
