L hôtel le confort, salle de sport,la grandeur de la chambre la propreté vraiment rien a dire.

C est vraiment bien la première fois que l on me facture un second café dans un petit déjeuner inclus. C’est mesquin… les ouvriers qui travaillent jusqu’à 20h et tapent avec un marteau pendant les 3 jours…. Pas terrible Dommage

El hotel y sus instalaciones son espectaculares. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas. La comida súper deliciosa, buena oferta de desayunos.

No me gustó que no pudieron hacer early check in a menos de que uno pagara por el mismo. Fue bastante demorado. El personal que tienen en recepción son muy junior y al momento de esperar respuestas concretas con respecto al check in solo justificaban que estaban limpiando las habitaciones. A la hora del check out si estaban presionando para uno salir de la habitación a la hora. Siento que deberían capacitar mejor a su personal y que entre ellos deben manejar mejores canales de comunicación, ya que al momento del check out expresé que terminaba una reunión y bajaba a más tardar a las 12:30. La señorita que me atendió el día anterior me dijo que no había problema, pero el día de hacer el check out estaban llamando para apresurar la salida.

Súper ubicado, el cuarto muy amplio y moderno, todo de primer nivel. Lo único fue que una vez que usabas las amenities (como la shower cap o las toallitas faciales) no las volvían a dejar. Tampoco se llevaban los vasos sucios.
