The hotel is very nice, clean and located on a well traveled street. The staff is incredibly friendly as well.

There wasn’t hot water when I was having a shower, I complain about it at the front desk and they didn’t say anything. No even an apology. It is suppose that is a 4 star hotel. At the front desk they told me the restaurants closes at 11:00 pm and I wasn’t able to order at 10:30 pm,the waitress didn’t tell us they close the kitchen at 10:30 pm. When we went to the the pool it wasn’t on service, they say they were cleaning it. Nobody told us anything when we reserved.

Nos gustó mucho la estructura del edificio, las habitaciones y la sala de desayunos, también el desayuno en sí.

Que nos cobrarán un extra por cada café y también por un bollo. Nos pareció un detalle feo, de poco gusto. La ubicación podría ser mejor, pero es aceptable

Rooms are nice, good spaces, the parking lot is small and almost all the time full Cleaning is not the best, personnel at the front desk is really nice

la habitacion tenia un olor terrible a Gas, no se si porque el tanque de gas estaba cerca de la habitacion o porque se filtraba por el baño, este olor no nos dejo descansar como se debe, el olor empezo a las 3 a.m.

El diseño del hotel y su jardin.

El menu se cambio mucho. Ya no es rico como antes y ya no tiene mucho variación. Se tardaron 40 minutos para entregar el desayuno. Durante el check inn, cobraron solo una parte de del monto y aproximadamente a las 3am el restante. Como lo hicieron, no hay explicación. Solo lograron cobrar sin NIP.
