Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Dachterrasse und Gym sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort gerne aufgehalten.

Das Problem besteht beim Einchecken mit einer europäischen / hier: deutschen Mastercard. Das Gerät mit dem das Hotel die Zahlungen oder das Deposit entgegennimmt, entspricht nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit Mastercard nicht den Sicherheitsansprüchen. Deshalb wurde jeglicher Zahlungsversuch abgebrochen. Das passiert lt. Personal immer wieder und es führt zu Unstimmigkeiten. Wir mussten die amerikanische Visacard meines Sohnes in Anspruch nehmen, damit wir zahlen konnten. Wenn das Gerät nicht ausgetauscht wird (PIN oder andere Sicherheitsstufen) können wir leider nicht wiederkommen, was sehr schade wäre....
