USUSBreakfast was pretty good. Pretty good location, except construction. Had confusion trying to get to the hotel. Room was clean.
Swimming pool was COLD. Wallpaper peeling on the walls. Beds were a little bumpy. I think they have been trying to update hotel, but seemed some of the remodel was rushed.

The mini fridge barely worked. The work done at the hotel was done poorly. There was caulking all over the bathroom floor by the toilet.

Lots of maintenance issues and broken items in room. No hot tub, and heater on pool was broken. Water was ice cold.

When I arrived it took me in excess of 20 minutes to get checked in without anyone else in line. The staff at the check in desk had no idea as to what they were doing. She had to keep looking up her password on her phone. Once I finally got to my room there was a hug unpainted/patched hole in the wall. The TV remote had the channel up and down button missing. I then took the remote back to front desk I waited 30 minutes while other people checked in. I had to keep explaining to the desk clerk what was wrong with the remote. She told me she didn’t know if they had more remotes but she would text the manager and he would call someone that might know where another remote was and they would bring it up to my room. The remote never arrived and I never heard anything else about it.
